Description
You can use any combination of dried fruits.
Ingredients
- Pitted Wild Apricots 15 pieces
- Green Figs 4 pieces
- Raisins 5 oz
- Pickled Apples 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the dried fruits for about 10 minutes (no more, otherwise they will swell, and you only need to soften them slightly).
Step 2
Gently squeeze them out and blend with a blender.
Step 3
Roll into balls the size of a walnut using wet hands.
Step 4
Coat the balls in sesame seeds.
