Sugar-Free Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
- Desiccated coconut 0 oz
- Oat flakes 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 2½ teaspoons
- Skim Milk 0 fl oz
- Beans 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grind half of the oat flakes in a blender (or coffee grinder), leaving the other half whole.
Step 2
Add shredded coconut and cocoa powder.
Step 3
Blend the banana with the milk until smooth (this will act as the binding agent and replace the egg in this recipe).
Step 4
Mix all components well. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Form balls (it's better to slightly wet your hands), flatten them, and place them in the dish or on a baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes at 390°F.
