Ingredients
- Corn Flour for Polenta 4 cups
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Water to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with the dry ingredients, add softened butter, and knead the dough while gradually adding water. The dough should be soft but not sticky to the hands.
Step 2
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20–30 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 4
Roll out the dough, sprinkle with sugar, fold the dough in half, press it down, and cut into pieces. Place on parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes.
