I end up making a lot of cookies, I make them small, so I won't specify the number of servings. But that's a matter of taste. The photo isn't mine, but the cookies look exactly the same. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Cinnamon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients. If the butter is melted, you will need more flour. The main thing is that the dough doesn't stick to your hands.
Step 3
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes.
