Description
The finished roll can be transferred to a clean towel immediately after baking, and you can use it to roll the cake.
Ingredients
- Sugar 5 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 5 tablespoons
- Dry Malted Milk Powder 5 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Activated Baking Soda ⅓ teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 430°F. Place a greased baking tray inside; it should be hot. Prepare the sponge cake batter. To do this, beat the eggs with the sugar, gradually add the sifted flour, dry milk, salt, and baking soda.
Step 2
Pour the batter onto the baking tray and bake for exactly 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, immediately spread with any jam or preserves, and roll it up while it's hot. Allow to cool completely and dust with powdered sugar.
