Description
You can use any filling. For example: cottage cheese filling, jam, chocolate, stewed cabbage, mashed potatoes, liver pâté, eggs with onions, rice with onions, and so on.
Ingredients
- Milk 2 glasses
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Sugar 2 spoons
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 1 glass
- Sour Cream 2 spoons
- Dry yeast 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour 7 glasses
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat 2 eggs with sugar and salt.
Step 2
Add the milk and mix well.
Step 3
Add vegetable oil, sour cream, and yeast.
Step 4
Add the flour and knead a very soft dough.
Step 5
Place the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 6
After an hour, remove the dough and roll it into small balls.
Step 7
Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
Step 8
Roll out the dough, place the filling, and shape the pastry.
Step 9
Place the pastries seam side down.
Step 10
Brush the pastries with egg.
Step 11
Bake the pastries until golden brown at a temperature of 355°F.
