
Stuffed Bagels

Ingredients
- Bagel 10 oz
- Ground meat 15 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the ground meat (pork + beef) with the chopped onion, salt, and pepper, and mix well with your hands.
Step 2
Soak the bagels in hot milk for 5 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Place the bagels on a plate. Roll the meat mixture into balls about 2 cm in diameter.
Step 4
Place the balls into the holes of the bagels and press the meat mixture with your fingers.
Step 5
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Step 6
In a heated skillet, fry the stuffed bagels in oil, previously dipping them in the egg.
Step 7
Grate the cheese.
Step 8
On a greased baking sheet, arrange the bagels and top each with a little cheese.
Step 9
Send to a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Step 10
Remove from the oven and serve immediately!
