Ingredients

  • Strawberry 10 oz
  • Puff Pastry 5 oz
  • Breadcrumbs 2 spoons
  • Sugar 2 spoons
  • Raisins 5 oz
  • Cinnamon a pinch
  • Whole egg 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil 2 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the strawberries, dry them, remove the green tops, and cut the berries into quarters.

Step 2

Combine the strawberries with the pre-soaked raisins, add sugar and cinnamon. Stir in the breadcrumbs and mix well.

Step 3

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface into a thin layer.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Place the prepared filling for the strudel onto the rolled-out sheet of dough. Roll the dough into a log, brush it with egg yolk, and place the strudel on a greased baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Serve with whipped cream.
