Striped yogurt popsicle
Ingredients
- Strawberry 5 oz
- Blackberry 5 oz
- Natural Yogurt 10 oz
- Honey 5 oz

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Remove the stems from the strawberries.
Step 3
Blend the strawberries, 40 grams of yogurt, and 20 grams of honey in a blender. You can add more honey if desired.
Step 4
Fill the ice cream molds one third full with the strawberry mixture and place them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Step 5
In a bowl, mix 180 grams of yogurt with 40 grams of honey; you can add more honey if you prefer it sweeter.
Step 6
Pour the yogurt mixture into the molds, filling them again to a third of their capacity. Place them in the freezer for another 30 to 45 minutes to let the mixture firm up a bit.
Step 7
In a blender, combine the blueberries with the remaining yogurt and honey.
Step 8
Pour the mixture into the molds.
Step 9
Insert the sticks and place in the freezer until completely frozen for 4 hours.
Step 10
Serve the finished ice cream on a hot summer day.
