Striped Panna Cotta
Ingredients
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Cream (40%) 10 fl oz
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Sugar 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dissolve the gelatin in a glass of cold water.
Step 2
In a small saucepan, heat the cream, add the sugar, and the dissolved gelatin in water. Mix thoroughly and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add the milk and mix well.
Step 4
Pour the resulting liquid into bowls. In one, add berry juice or beet juice for color. In the other, add a little banana puree. Instead of natural colorants, you can use store-bought food coloring.
Step 5
Pour the first layer into a mold, place it in the freezer for 10 minutes, then pour in the next layer and return to the freezer for quick setting of the layers.
Step 6
Place the finished jelly in the refrigerator for an hour.
