Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 5 pieces
- Margarine 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar, combine with softened margarine. Add baking soda.
Step 2
Add flour. Mix. The dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Add cocoa to one part.
Step 4
Spoon the dough into the mold, alternating between light and dark dough.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 355°F. Check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out dry, the cake is ready.
