Ingredients
- Puff Pastry 20 oz
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Sugar 1 cup
- Citric Acid ½ teaspoon

Step 1
Thaw the puff pastry (as instructed on the package).
Step 2
Roll out two sheets slightly and cut into strips 2.5–3 cm wide. Make cones from parchment paper.
Step 3
Wrap the strips around the cones.
Step 4
Bake on a baking sheet at 355°F for 20–25 minutes.
Step 5
Cream: whisk the egg whites, sugar, and citric acid in a water bath for about 15 minutes until stiff peaks form.
