Strawberry Vanilla Cake

Ingredients

  • Strawberry 10 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
  • Brown Sugar 5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
  • Vanilla salt 0 oz
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk 5 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the strawberries, dry them, remove the stems, and cut large berries into quarters and small ones in half.

Step 2

Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy, then mix in the canola oil (I used refined sunflower oil). Gradually add the flour sifted with baking powder, a pinch of salt, pour in the milk, and mix until you achieve a smooth batter.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 340°F. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan and smooth the top. Evenly distribute the strawberries on top. Place in the oven and bake for 35 minutes.

Step 4

Remove the cake from the oven. Let it cool. Before serving, dust with powdered sugar.
