Strawberry Sorbet with Egg White
Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Strawberry 20 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dissolve 150 grams of sugar in 200 ml of water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 5 minutes. Let it cool.
Step 2
Add chopped strawberries and blend into a puree.
Step 3
Strain through a sieve to remove seeds.
Step 4
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the puree.
Step 5
Place in the freezer for 1 hour, then stir. Stir again every hour for another 2-3 times.
