- Whole egg 4 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Graham Crackers 5 oz

Step 1
Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until you achieve a smooth, white, fairly thick, yet still slightly runny mixture, then combine it with lemon juice.
Step 2
Mix the result with corn flakes and pour it over the tubers, cut into halves and quarters, arranged in a shallow dish. Place it in an oven preheated to 355°F for twenty to twenty-five minutes.
