Strawberry Parfait with Cream
Ingredients
- Strawberry 5 oz
- Fruit Jelly 5 oz
- Whipped Cream 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the jelly according to the instructions on the package.
Step 2
Cool and pour into glasses (at an angle), but leave about 1/3 cup of the prepared liquid jelly. Allow the jelly to set.
Step 3
Slice the berries and add them to the remaining gelatin mixture.
Step 4
Mix and add about 1 cup of whipped cream. Whip everything together and layer it in the glasses on top of the set jelly. Allow to set. Garnish with whipped cream and berries. Serve chilled.
