- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Strawberry 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Vanillin to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the softened butter with sugar using a mixer for a couple of minutes, then add the egg and milk. Whisk until smooth.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and vanillin. Gradually add this mixture to the milk mixture in 2-3 portions, thoroughly mixing each time.
Step 3
Finally, add the strawberries, cut into small pieces, and gently fold the batter to evenly distribute the berries.
Step 4
Spoon the batter into muffin tins and bake for 22-25 minutes at 390°F until done. For a crispy crust, mix 25 g of butter and sugar and add 15 g of flour, mash the mixture with a fork, and place it on top of each muffin. Sprinkle with almonds. This batter creates a sweet baked crust.
