From the specified amount of ingredients, I got 17 muffins. They are wonderful, I really liked them.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Egg white 1 piece
- Activated Baking Soda ¾ teaspoon
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Strawberry to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter and let it cool.
Step 2
Sift the flour.
Step 3
Add the dry ingredients and mix.
Step 4
Mix the egg, butter, and milk.
Step 5
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture.
Step 6
Stir with a spoon. Do not overmix.
Step 7
Add pieces of strawberries and mix again a couple of times.
Step 8
Bake at 410°F for 20–25 minutes.
