- Milk ½ glasses
- Vegetable Oil ¼ glasses
- Large eggs 1 piece
- Salt ½ spoons
- Baking Powder 2 spoons
- Sugar ½ glasses
- Wheat Flour 1¾ glasses
- Strawberry 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a muffin tin with butter or place a paper liner in each cup.

In a bowl, mix the baking powder, sugar, and flour.

In another bowl, whisk the egg with the milk and vegetable oil.

Combine both mixtures and stir well.

Add 1 cup of chopped strawberries and gently mix, being careful not to crush the berries.

Fill the molds two-thirds full with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through, checking with a toothpick.
