
Strawberry Jelly with Soufflé

Description
The strawberry juice will gradually settle at the bottom and turn into a dense jelly, while the strawberry puree will set on top of the juice, and the airy soufflé will remain on top.
Ingredients
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Fruit Jelly 1 piece
- Sugar to taste
- Water 5 fl oz
- Strawberry 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in 50 ml of cold water. After ten minutes, heat it, but do not bring it to a boil.
Step 2
Pour the jelly into 150 ml of boiling water, optionally add sugar, and mix well.
Step 3
Blend the strawberries in a blender or mash them with a fork.
Step 4
Combine the jelly and gelatin, and whip with a mixer for 15–20 minutes, gradually adding the strawberries, until an airy mass is achieved.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into cups and place in the refrigerator.
