Strawberry Gazpacho
Ingredients
- Mixed tomatoes of different colors 10 oz
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 5 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Champagne Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- White bread 0 oz
- Strawberry 0 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the vegetables: peel the cucumbers, remove the seeds from the peppers. Cut the crust off the bread.
Step 2
Cut all the large vegetables into large pieces. Mix the vegetables with the bread, marinate in vinegar and oil, and season with salt and pepper. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
Step 3
Blend all the ingredients well in a blender.
Step 4
Strain the soup through a sieve. Serve garnished with a sprig of basil.
