  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Butter 10 oz
  • Strawberry 5 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
  • Pistachios to taste
  • Powdered Sugar 3 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sift the flour with baking powder and sugar.

Step 2

Mix the milk, melted butter (125 g), and egg. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients, quickly and thoroughly stirring until a smooth batter without lumps forms.

Step 3

Pour the batter into the cupcake molds and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 20 minutes.

Step 4

For the frosting, beat the softened butter (remaining 100 g), cream cheese, and powdered sugar.

Step 5

Transfer to a piping bag and pipe the frosting onto the cooled cupcakes.

Step 6

Decorate with strawberries and pistachios.
