- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Strawberry 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine milk, egg, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Mix well.
Step 4
Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
Step 5
Whisk well to avoid lumps of flour.
Step 6
Pour in hot water and vegetable oil.
Step 7
Mix and fry the crepes in a pan without oil.
Step 8
For the cream, combine cottage cheese, cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar.

If the cottage cheese is grainy, blend everything until smooth.
Step 10
Beat with a mixer until fluffy for 5 minutes.
Step 11
Lay the crepes overlapping on plastic wrap.

Spread the cream on top.
Step 13
Place the strawberries on top.
Step 14
Roll it up and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Step 15
Remove the plastic wrap and slice the roll.
