Ingredients
- Strawberry 10 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Gelatin 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Soak the gelatin in 150 ml of cold boiled water and let it sit for 1 hour.
Step 2
Then bring the gelatin to a boil, but do not let it boil.
Step 3
Cool it down.
Step 4
Wash the strawberries and remove the green tops.
Step 5
Place the strawberries in a blender.
Step 6
Blend until smooth.
Step 7
Whip the cream with sugar.
Step 8
Combine the strawberries and cream.
Step 9
Add the gelatin and mix well.
Step 10
Pour into serving dishes. Refrigerate for 3–4 hours.
