Ingredients
- Strawberry 10 oz
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Gelatin 2 teaspoons
- Powdered Sugar to taste

Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy.
Step 2
Puree the strawberries and combine with the egg mixture.
Step 3
Soak the gelatin and dissolve it in a small amount of water. Add the dissolved gelatin to the berry-egg mixture. Beat again, divide into glasses, and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
