  • Semi-soft cream cheese 30 oz
  • Egg white 4 pieces
  • Sour Cream 1 can
  • Heavy cream 15 fl oz
  • Strawberry 20 oz
  • Gelatin 2 tablespoons
  • Fruit Jelly 2 pieces
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • White Chocolate 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For the base, you will need 4 packs of cream cheese (you can use cottage cheese), 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of sour cream, 4 eggs, and vanilla. Beat everything with a mixer for 10 minutes. Bake in a water bath at 320°F for 2 hours. Cool and remove from the mold.

Step 2

For the strawberry soufflé, puree 500 grams of strawberries. Dissolve two tablespoons of gelatin in water and add it to the puree, let it cool, and then quickly fold in 250 ml of whipped cream, pour into the mold, and cool (it sets quickly), then place it on the cheese base.

Step 3

For the top layer — strawberry jelly, dissolve 2 packs of jelly according to the instructions, cool, and transfer it onto the soufflé.

Step 4

For the chocolate glaze, melt 300 grams of chocolate in 250 ml of cream over low heat, stirring constantly, and refrigerate. After cooling, whip with a mixer.
