  • Strawberry 5 oz
  • White bread 5 oz
  • Milk 15 fl oz
  • Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
  • Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
  • Breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon
  • Powdered Sugar 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Remove the crust from the bread, soak the crumb in warm milk, and mash it into a smooth paste. Add the eggs, sour cream, and sugar, and mix everything thoroughly.

Step 2

Wash and dry the strawberries, cutting each berry into 2–3 pieces.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Step 4

Place the mixture in a greased and breadcrumb-dusted baking dish, and evenly distribute the strawberries on top.

Step 5

Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 6

Remove from the oven, let cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
