  • Almond 5 oz
  • Dates 5 oz
  • Salt ¼ spoons
  • Cashew 10 oz
  • Lemon 1½ pieces
  • Honey 2 spoons
  • Coconut Milk ½ glasses
  • Strawberry 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the almonds and dates together with salt in a blender. Evenly press the mixture into a springform pan (or a plate with high edges, lining the bottom with plastic wrap). The bottom layer is ready. After freezing, it will taste similar to a Snickers.

Step 2

Place the cashews, soaked for a couple of hours, lemon juice, honey, and coconut milk into a blender. Blend well until you achieve a smooth, thick cream. Spread 2/3 of the cream evenly over the bottom layer. In the remaining cream in the blender, add the berries and blend again until well combined. Pour the final berry layer on top and place the mold in the freezer until the cake sets.

Step 3

One hour before serving the dessert, move the cake from the freezer to the refrigerator. Cut it into pieces with a sharp knife and serve with fresh berries and delicious tea or lemonade.
