  • Chicken Egg 4 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
  • Sugar 10 oz
  • Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Vanillin a pinch
  • 10% cream 15 fl oz
  • Dessert Yogurt 10 oz
  • Gelatin 0 oz
  • Strawberry 20 oz
  • Chili jam 5 fl oz
  • Chopped almonds 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For the biscuit, separate the egg whites from the yolks, beat the egg whites with 180 grams of sugar until stiff peaks form. Add the yolks, mix, then add the flour, baking powder, and vanillin. Knead the dough. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and greased with oil, and smooth it out. Bake in the oven at 355°F for 15–20 minutes.

Step 2

For the cream, whip the chilled cream with 100 grams of sugar. Add the strawberry yogurt, dissolved gelatin, and vanilla sugar. Spread 2/3 of the cream over the biscuit layer, smooth it out, then add a layer of jam on top. Roll it up. Spread cream over the surface of the roll.

Step 3

Decorate the top with cream and fresh strawberries.
