- Shortcrust Cake Mix 10 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 10 oz
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Vanilla extract 3 tablespoons
- White Chocolate 5 oz
- Strawberry 15 oz
- Grated Lemon Zest 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the frozen shortcrust pastry and place it in a springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F until golden brown for 15-20 minutes. Let it cool.
Step 2
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath and let it cool.
Step 3
Using a mixer, whip the sour cream, then add the mascarpone, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and chocolate. Spread the cheese mixture over the crust and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
Step 4
Wash and dry the strawberries, cut them lengthwise into several pieces, and decorate the cheesecake — the more strawberries, the better it tastes.
