- Strawberry 20 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 20 oz
- "Jubilee Cookies" 10 oz
- Sugar 1 cup
- Butter 5 oz
- Vanillin 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies into fine crumbs. Melt the butter and pour it into the crumbs. Mix everything well.
Step 2
Spread the crumbs in a baking dish lined with foil.
Step 3
Press the crumbs well to form a dense base. Place in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes at 390°F.
Step 4
Meanwhile, whip the mascarpone with sugar using a mixer, and add the vanillin. Slice the strawberries thinly.
Step 5
Once the base has cooled, spread the mascarpone on top, smooth it out, and arrange the strawberries on top.
Step 6
Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
