Step 1
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until pale. In a blender, combine the strawberries, basil, milk, and cream, then mix the resulting strawberry cocktail with the egg and sugar mixture.
Step 2
Place in the freezer, then remove after half an hour and stir thoroughly. Repeat every fifteen minutes. Serve, for example, with cookies.
