- Strawberry 15 oz
- Pistachios 1 tablespoon
- Orange juice concentrate 2 tablespoons
- Muscovado Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Candied fruits 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the berries well, dry them, and cut them into quarters.
Step 2
Finely chop the nuts and toast them in a well-heated pan for 2–4 minutes until golden. Let cool.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the berries, nuts, orange juice, finely chopped ginger, and sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes.
