Strawberries in Pink Chocolate
Ingredients
- Strawberry 24 pieces
- White Chocolate 15 oz
- Colored sugar pens to taste
- Red Food Coloring to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the berries and dry them with a paper towel.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, remove from heat, and add a few drops of food coloring (about 5 drops per cup of chocolate), stirring until smooth.
Step 3
Pour sugar onto a plate.
Step 4
Holding the berries by the stem, dip them in the chocolate, then immediately in the sugar. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let set. Serve arranged on a plate and garnished with mint leaves.
