Strawberries in Chocolate and Pistachios
Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
- Strawberry 15 oz
- Chopped almonds 0.3 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse and dry the strawberries well.
Step 2
Melt the chopped chocolate in a double boiler.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 4
Dip each strawberry into the slightly cooled chocolate, quickly sprinkle with pistachios, and place on the baking sheet.
Step 5
Chill for about 15 minutes until the chocolate sets (the strawberries should not be in the refrigerator for more than 1 hour, otherwise condensation will form on the surface of the chocolate).
