Strawberries in Chocolate and Crunchy Peanuts
Ingredients
- Mini Chocolate Chips 10 oz
- Chopped almonds 1 cup
- Strawberry 10 oz
- Peanut Butter 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the chocolate chips and peanut butter. Place over a water bath and melt until smooth. You can also melt it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
Step 3
Pour the chopped peanuts onto a plate.
Step 4
Rinse the strawberries well and dry them. It is very important that the berries are dry.
Step 5
Dip each strawberry into the chocolate, then gently roll in the peanuts. Place the berries on the baking sheet.
Step 6
Leave for a while to harden.
