- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Cinnamon 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Place room temperature butter in a bowl, add sugar. Whisk with a whisk or mixer.
Step 3
Wash the egg and crack it into the bowl with the butter mixture. Whisk everything together.
Step 4
Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix well with a spatula or spoon.
Step 5
Add dark chocolate to the dough. Mix well again.
Step 6
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop 1 teaspoon of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving some space between them. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
