Description

These are sweet with halva and nuts, honestly a bit cloying), but the ones with blueberries are very tasty! Add berries generously and delight your loved ones! Just be careful with the dessert, as there is no frying or baking involved, the dumplings seem like a very light treat, so it's easy to overindulge in calories)) But you can never overindulge in enjoyment! )) Bon appétit to everyone! Healthy food should be delicious and easy to prepare! Your friend Alex.

Ingredients

  • Breadcrumbs 5 oz
  • Unleavened dough 30 oz
  • Fresh Berries 5 oz
  • Halva 5 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Pour the dissolved yeast into the flour, add the egg, sugar, salt, and mix. Cover and let it rest for 1.5 hours, during which time the dough should be mixed a couple of times.

Step 2

While the dough is rising, grind the pre-dried bread in a blender. In a skillet, toast the breadcrumbs with butter. Add sugar to the breadcrumbs (I want to note that the breadcrumbs turned out very tasty, reminiscent of straws)).

Step 3

The dough has risen, and we start dividing it into pieces of the desired size. From the formed balls, stretch out a flat round shape, and place the filling — halva and blueberries with sugar — in the center. Place in the steamer, previously greasing the bottom of the dumplings with oil, and let them rest for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Steam for 20 minutes.

Step 5

After cooking, place on a plate, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and sugar. Another option is to mix honey and walnuts ground in a blender. It is generally recommended to coat them entirely in breadcrumbs, but they didn't want to stick very well ))).
