  • Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Jam 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place it in the oven, preheating to 390°F.

Step 2

Beat the eggs with sugar, add flour, dry milk, baking soda, vinegar, and salt.

Step 3

Mix well. Then pour the batter onto the hot baking sheet and place it in the preheated oven for 5–10 minutes.

Step 4

Remove the baked layer from the oven, spread with jam, and roll it up while hot; it can be served with tea!
