Description
You can add cocoa to the sponge batter. If replacing the cottage cheese cream with a creamy fruit cream, you will need 300 grams.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Potato protein 2 tablespoons
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Cream ½ cup
- Vanillin to taste
- Citrus Zest Mix to taste
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the sponge batter and pour it in a thin layer onto a baking sheet lined with greased parchment paper. Bake for 5–7 minutes, then turn the sponge onto a sugar-dusted parchment paper and immediately roll it up.
Step 2
Unroll the cooled roll, spread it with cottage cheese or creamy fruit cream, and roll it up again. Before slicing, keep it in a cool place.
Step 3
For the cream, beat the egg with sugar, then add the cottage cheese, vanillin, and grated lemon zest. Then pour in the cream or milk and whip well.
