  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz

Step 1

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Add 100 g of sugar to the egg whites and beat until thickened. Add the remaining 100 g of sugar to the yolks and beat until thickened. Combine the egg white mixture with the yolk mixture, stirring gently to prevent the egg whites from deflating. Add the flour and mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Pour the prepared sponge mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place it in a preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes at 345°F.

Step 3

Remove the baked sponge from the oven and quickly spread it with cottage cheese and jam. Then quickly roll it up while it is still warm.
