Sponge Roll with Coconut Cream
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Semi-soft cream cheese 15 oz
- Coconut Milk 1 can
- Condensed Milk 10 oz
- Desiccated coconut 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar, flour, and baking powder. Pour onto a baking sheet, ideally onto a silicone baking mat. Bake in the oven at 390°F. Then remove from the oven, roll it up using the silicone mat or a towel, and let it cool.
Step 2
For the cream, mix the cream cheese, coconut milk, and condensed milk.
Step 3
Carefully unroll the cooled roll, spread the cream on it, and roll it back up. Spread the remaining cream on the outside and decorate with shredded coconut.
