Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz

Step 1
Break 2–3 eggs into a saucepan, add 100 g of sugar, mix, and gently heat the mixture over low heat while whisking until the sugar dissolves. Then, remove from heat and whisk until light and fluffy, add 150 g of flour, vanilla, and mix again. The dough should not be too thick.
Step 2
Shape the cookies using a dessert spoon or a piping bag into various shapes, placing them on a baking sheet lightly greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Bake the cookies in a moderate oven for 5–7 minutes. Cookies of the same size can be glued together with thick jam or preserves.
