Description

These cakes are easy and quick to make for tea! Be careful, they're very delicious!!! You can replace the boiled condensed milk with jam. Nuts can be added to the batter.

Ingredients

  • Condensed Milk 1 can
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee 1 can
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
  • Salt a pinch
  • Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
  • Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Beat the eggs with salt, then slowly pour in the condensed milk. Mix well. Add cocoa (if desired). Then add the baking soda and flour.

Step 2

Preheat the oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with butter. Pour the batter and rotate the baking sheet clockwise (to evenly distribute the batter).

Step 3

After about 25 minutes, the sponge is ready. Let it cool and cut into squares or triangles (whichever you prefer).

Step 4

Cut across and spread with boiled condensed milk. You can sprinkle nuts on top.
