Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 25 oz
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Almond 0.1 teaspoons
- Nectarines 2 pieces
- Nutmeg ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 340°F. Lightly grease a baking pan with butter.

Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Step 3
Beat the butter and 180 g of sugar with a mixer until pale and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then mix on low speed and gradually add the flour.
Step 4
Evenly distribute the batter in the baking pan. Slice the nectarines thinly and scatter them over the batter. Mix the remaining sugar with nutmeg and sprinkle this mixture over the nectarines. Bake the cake until golden brown; the batter should rise (45–50 minutes).
