
Sponge Cake with Fruits and Sour Cream Frosting

Description
You can use any fruits you like; you can also make a filling with chocolate cream, nuts, dried fruits, or any ingredient you prefer. The sour cream frosting can be replaced with whipped cream.
Ingredients
- Egg white 12 pieces
- Sugar 20 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Kiwi 5 pieces
- Mango 2 pieces
- Nectarines 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- 20% Sour Cream 0 lbs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the sour cream with 200 g of sugar and mix thoroughly (for 5–7 minutes). The sour cream frosting is ready.
Step 2
Wash the fruits and slice them thinly.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with 5 ml of vegetable oil.
Step 5
Make the first layer. For this, beat 3 eggs with 100 g of sugar until white foam forms. Then quickly add 65 g of flour and mix until smooth.
Step 6
Pour the batter onto the baking sheet and place it in the oven for 8 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and spread with sour cream frosting.
Step 8
Layer the fruits on top of the sour cream frosting in a single layer, without any gaps.
Step 9
Repeat the same process for 3 more layers. Stack all layers on top of each other. Coat the sides with sour cream frosting. Decorate the top as desired.
