Ingredients

  • Sponge Cake Base 3 pieces
  • Kiwi 3 pieces
  • Bananas 2 pieces
  • Strawberry 10 pieces
  • 20% Sour Cream 10 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Whip the sour cream with sugar until smooth.

Step 2

Spread the whipped sour cream on each sponge cake layer.

Step 3

On top of the coated layers, arrange the fruits. I do it in this order: 1st layer - bananas, 2nd layer - kiwi, and 3rd layer - strawberries.

Step 4

Stack the layers to form the cake.

Step 5

Whip the eggs with sugar, preferably with a whisk, until a light and smooth mixture forms. Spread the prepared mixture on the top layer of the cake.

Step 6

Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the layers to soak.
