- Sugar 250 tablespoons

- Citric Acid 1 teaspoon
- Cream (40%) 10 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whip 12 room temperature egg whites, add citric acid and salt. Gradually add 250 grams of sugar, folding it in gently to avoid deflating the egg whites. Then, carefully fold in 125 grams of flour.
Step 2
Pour the resulting batter into a special cake pan; greasing it with oil is not necessary.
Step 3
Place the pan with the batter in the oven at 355°F for 30–40 minutes. It is best to decorate the cake with whipped cream and berries.
