Ingredients
- Sugar 1 cup
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Farm fresh eggs 5 pieces
- Vanillin a pinch
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Start beating the egg whites at low speed.
Step 2
Slowly add sugar and vanillin, one spoon at a time.
Step 3
When the mixture turns white, add the yolks one spoon at a time.
Step 4
Add the flour.
Step 5
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and place it in a preheated oven at 390°F for 25–30 minutes.
Step 6
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, then add butter and milk.
Step 7
Incorporate the beaten egg yolks.
Step 8
Cook the mixture until thickened, stirring constantly.
Step 9
Pour the cream over the sponge cake and let it cool.
