Description
This quantity of ingredients is calculated for a 32x38 cm pan. I divided the resulting batter in half and baked it in two batches in a 26 cm pan — as a result, I got 4 layers.
Ingredients
- Butter 10 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Large eggs 6 pieces
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- 3.2% Milk 5 fl oz
- Corn Starch 5 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the butter with sugar and salt until fluffy.
Step 2
Add the eggs one at a time, continuing to beat.
Step 3
Mix the flour with cornstarch and baking powder, and gradually add it with the milk to the egg-butter mixture.
Step 4
Line the pan with parchment paper and grease the bottom with butter.
Step 5
Pour the batter into the pan and place it in a preheated oven at 355°F for 25–30 minutes.
Step 6
Remove, let cool, and cut into layers.
